He's one of those players that his fans love and everyone else hate
9 attempts but no real clear cut ones.
They are definitely way better than last season.
Thankfully they missed bothe of their clear cut chances.

Not a great half. More cohesive last 15, but otherwise another lacklustre performance, made worse by fecking awful ref.
They will no doubt some help on that front from Tierney. 85th minute penalty?
Dull first half, a counter attacking side against a team sitting back was hardly going to result in an exciting match.
I’d get Richarlison off, he’s completely useless on the right to the point it’s hindering us, doesn’t have the vision or technique to play the role well enough.
I’d also love to see Spence on but I doubt it’ll happen, Doherty’s not been bad but he’s not been good either and together with Richarlison our right flank just feels like a void.
Son’s corners and indirect freekicks have been good.
Not much else to praise though in an uneventful match so far.

Definitely a case for Spence but that would be harsh on Doherty, who I personally think has been decent.
He’s not been as bad as Emerson but I don’t think he’s done anything of note either. Still looks like he runs with an anchor tied to his legs.
The level of refereeing is truly appalling imho.
Has been for years too...how on earth Clattenberg was considered on of the best referees in the world was a complete mystery to me!
Those two tackles involving Bentancur show how inconsistent he (and most referees are). How was one a booking yet the other wasn't even a foul? They were almost identical.
I don't mind decisions I don't agree with that's life but I hate inconsistency...especially with the same ref making decisions 1 minute apart.
