    Certainly, more entertaining than the actual game. Stuck it for twenty minutes then the lure of 'four in a bed' on Channel 4 became too much and I switched over.

    You mean that Samoa, with a population of 50,000 less than Hull, are strongly fancied to win a competition England have never won?

    So you do know what fancied means then. And I didn't say strongly fancied.
    Samoa were odds on favourites to win the group which puts them into the quarters, which gives them a chance to do well.

    By one of the fancied one assumes you mean fancied to win the competition we are playing in? 16/1 compared to the odds on Australia and New Zealand doesn’t suggest they are strongly fancied.
