It's a stepping stone alright but the timing has to be right. I said on the Stevie thread he should've stayed at Rangers and cut his teeth a bit more before moving to the PL. He'd just won the title, he could've gained more experience competing for it again, managing a club playing CL footie. It was the perfect club for him to do it. Scoring goals ain't a problem for us .. but keeping them out is something else ... I've been banging on about giving Vestergaard a chance ... he turned out for the U23s against Fulham last night ... we lost 7-0 at home and he played the full 90 ... even better, the first goal was an own goal ... guess who?
