A week ago I was expecting 1-2 points by tonight. I occasionally allowed myself a bit of optimism and thought, well, maybe 4. 9 is unbelievable.

Just saw the extended match highlights and was almost moved. An extremely gutsy performance by the team and very cleaver tactical changes by Michael Beale. Also the ref was not the best. He missed a blatant handball. As for their penalty, I need to see it from another angle but our players foot was stamped upon. Perhaps it was in a position that would gave tripped him? Not sure. On a positive, he gave our penalty. I am sure Lyndon Dykes had a great Birthday evening, as did all R’s fans. What is there not to enjoy!

Love Beale. Great interview as usual. No blather just straight up talking. Love the way he emphasises 'Team, Team, Team', not individuals. Building something solid here. Just a pity several of the players are only loans. (Please stick with us Mick, don't get tempted by any offers....... at least for 3 years!)

I thought Chair ran his socks off to be fair. It's a very high mark to step up from his previous appearances. In the 1st half he was absolutely everywhere.
