Fylde hired him in March after he left his job at Chesterfield after similar accusations.

would have to take that last train to get home,
the total cost of :

- overnight stay in a reasonable hotel

- changing the train tickets to travel the return leg the next day

- loss of earnings if the person normally has to work on saturday
