For me, there is a simple "acid test" for any player
on a international team sheet. Which goes thus ...

List the players who are pivotal for the clubs they
play for (ie their sufficiently prolonged absence
from the team could wreck the season) .

I look at that England team sheet, and all I can put on my list is :

Kane, Saka.
