India's women's team showing they're as horrible as the men. Been win at all costs for them for a while, but up until now the women have conducted themselves well.

I dislike them almost as much as the Aussies. Set of ****ers, players, officials and fans

Was already 2 up in a 3 match series as well. Tut tut.

it's always been in the rule book ever since I played 50 years ago - should stay in your crease until the bowler's bowled - otherwise you're trying to gain extra ground and you're taking a risk of being run out - no problem - it's called stumped if you leave the crease at the other end - what is anyone moaning about it for - it's no different to cheating trying to gain extra ground - you got caught, stop blubbering about it, you're embarrassing yourself, can you imagine if Ben Stokes burst into tears if he was run out - pathetic

Thanks. Saved me some typing. My exact thoughts too. I really don't see what the issue is.

A mates missus farted in a crowded bar. The smell was unbelievable.

Me being a true gentleman, I proclaimed' ooh sorry everyone and went and stood outside for a minute so laying the blame on myself.

It still stank when I came back in.

Sometimes I think I'm just a fool.
Silent but deadly's are always female farts.

This is taken from the MCC publication 'Laws of Cricket'.

Cricket is a game that owes much of its unique appeal to the fact that it should be played not only within its Laws but also within the Spirit of the Game.

So, although 'mankad'ing is within the Laws is it within the Spirit of the Game? For what it's worth I think if someone is repeatedly trying to make ground the bowler should run them out once but not appeal, just to make the point. After that then just run them out. Captains should be telling their bowlers how to behave in these circumstances.
