Points a point away from home. Still think they were there for the taking. Starting to look like we have a very exciting side.

I had 2-2 on the predictor but changed it this morning to 2-3. Useless c*nts<laugh>. Only kidding. Good point 4 from 6 away from home is a bloody good return imo.

Players starting to match the fans. The best in the land. Yippee.

These lads deserved that and they deserve our backing this season. They showed true character against probably best team in the division.

Our subs all made a massive impact coming on too so bodes well but massive shout out too. Bennette looks the real deal and Ba was very tidy!

And what a bench as well. TM will have some bloody difficult decisions but we will have game changers on the bench like today.

One of the most inept referees I have ever seen. I don’t think I’ve seen a SAFC team with this much speed, and when our quick players get tired we have more on the bench to come on. Thought Ba looked interesting, excited to see more. Love this team

Strikerless Sunderland score 2 more goals away from home... earned a draw, well done the players.

    Just need to tighten defence.

As said above...our youthful new recruits look outstanding! We have Michut to come in yet.
Imagine if RS was fit and in this side!

Couldnt watch today, but based on what I heard credit to Mowbray for the subs. Seems we now have a coach who kmows how to use all 5 effectively and impact the result. This is such a young team, but what they may lack in experience they seem to make up for in desire and commitment, and hell of a lot of talent.

Not that I want to point the finger at our fans, but remember a few weeks ago how many were saying we’d signed kids who won’t be good enough and we’re lacking in depth…

Hope they’re all sat with their tails between their legs tonight because all 3 of them young lads who came on today were f**king quality. Changed the game for us.

Said at the start of the season I think we’ll be comfortably mid table. **** that I want play offs at the least now :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Good result and well deserved in the end.

Absolutely outstanding from Mowbray today. Not afraid to make bold decisions and it paid off.

Alese was excellent for the second game in a row, I'd say he was probably our man of the match.

Benette was superb. The way he moves the ball and takes off from a standing start is insane, so quick. He was so composed for his goal as well.

Ba looks ready to compete for a place in the team and was very comfortable on the ball with a good touch on him.

It's incredible that we can be so inconsistent within a game and still be unlucky not to win against a promotion favourite.

By the end of this season we'll be one of the best teams in the league. 95% of this squad has huge potential for growth.
