Two more complaints, which only surface after a poor home defeat. 1. The club shop was closed after the game, despite having all the staff in there and all the lights on and 2. The walkway across the bridges back to Londesbourgh Street after the game was in total darkness. None of the lighting was working, that is down to HCC.
We left slightly early got to the bridge near Argyle St as the final whistle blew and the lights on there went off, the ones behind us were still on at that point, so must have gone off soon after, bloody dangerous with that many people walking with no lights.

On a positive note the tannoy was so clear in east stand you could hear it all - hurt my ears

Longman looked way better last night attacking from the left and pretty dangerous - it’s the only place he should play - on the right he’s predictable .
Bar that horrendous miss (which thankfully didn't matter that much) I thought he looked decent for a change. Took his man on, added a bit of trickery and pace, tried to make things happen, unlucky with that late shot. Maybe it was largely down to him playing on the left, or maybe that plus getting back to match fitness.

I agree. You could tell he knew he had to step up and couldn’t fault his effort. He knew he should have done better with his late shot hence the loud shout of f*** as he walked back to the half way line.

Honestly didn’t know that was allowed. I got booked and fined as a kid playing Sunday league for trying to put someone off a pen. Winding them up before they take the pen seems like fair game since it’s all mind games but during the run-up itself seems like a bookable offence. Can anybody cite a rule to clarify?

You didn't leave slightly early, you left early, tosser. That said it gave our eardrums a rest. :emoticon-0100-smile

Not sure I can add anything that anyone hasn’t already said. Hate the long drive back midweek after a performance and result like that!

On another note, what’s going on with the pies at City?! Had my first one of the season last night. Totally tasteless…

Dont pass forward and also don’t do it very well

Rotheram shown as worse but are actually doing better than us. Conceding far less and playing more as a team. Perhaps they are more defensive and their game plan suits their team.

Sorry but I see a lot on the Board about players being unfit and because they do not have much game time. They are supposed to be professionals and being fit should be in their DNA. Have they never had a tough workout? Not seen anything to see the players are getting fitter. Under Shota all I see is players not understanding what they are supposed to do and just turning up. Shota is out of his depth, the players not bought in to him and Coyle the least inspirational captain in the clubs history
