https://www.bbc.com/sport/live/football/62817178 6th in the league having won 3 of their opening 6 games. Heartbreaking.
Surprised at this. I'd have expected them to go for a big name. Great appointment if they can get him, and a lesson to the other big clubs that you don't always have to appoint a well known manager from Europe.
He is a big name now, his stock is very high. His name may not have the same clout as some but not many better at playing attractive football. If Brighton had a top striker and he stayed there they could push for top 6 no bother. Pep and Klopp admire him alot !
I'd really really love Scum to get him and then England make an approach for him after the World Cup lol
The Yanks seem to have a different mentality and to fire a manager who has won at such a high level would not be a good advert for his potential successor. I hope Potter gives them a swerve and their season disintegrates...
Must have thought he was indispensable - silly boy If Messi is indispensable in football everyone is (especially a manager).
No surprise. The bloke always comes across as a twat, plus he constantly seemed to be attacking his players from the touchline. Seems Potter may be on his way. Shame.
