Didn’t go tonight as abroad but watched it on line and it was as bad as I had feared. Preston didn’t bother attacking. Luton did and all they had to do was put balls into our box - like Bristol did.

Harris was appalling. Watters likewise. Ralls and Rinomoto just are not conducive to modern football. Ralls in particular is a liability. Philogene was terrible. Ojo flattered.

We moan quite rightly about the total lack of quality in the opposition box but our defence is poor as is the total lack of forward creativity in midfield and down the flank.

Our threat at dead balls is non existent.

The turnover of new players will take time but I fear SM and Hudson are like his players - just not quite good enough.

Garbage.

Still here Friday if you fancy a beer.

There were a group of bikers reving their way along the Quay while we had lunch today.
My missus is travelling down on Friday so if she turns up at a decent time we will catch a few drinks around Poole. Not sure of the name of the pub we normally use but there is a statue of Baden-Powell just across the road looking out to Brownsea island. As it’s the last day of nice weather and if you are looking for a bit of local sightseeing it’s worth visiting Tyneham village where the British army have turned it into our Chernobyl as it’s untouched since 1945 (no pubs though <sorry>)

Our season could well be decided in the next 48 hours.

2 new half decent strikers - mid table.

Nobody - serious trouble.

There are 2 pubs directly behind the statue, the Lord Nelson and Jolly Sailor. Send me a DM if you are going with approx. time.

You know your pubs

Been coming here for the last 30+ years. Mrs BfB's family live here and our daughter for the last 5 years. Hence a little local knowledge.

My wife's brother in law's stag day ended up at the Nelson. Wearing little more than a small tunic and thong having been ceremonially whipped by a top less dominatrix in the Slug and Lettuce.

As night closed in an unmarked van pulled up and 4 guys in dark clothing and balaclavas jumped out, grabbed him, threw him in the back and drove off. He was dumped in a field, a mile from Lytchett Minster, naked.

He found his way to Peter's Finger (that's a pub in case you wondered), borrowed a rugby player's shorts and got a lift home. He was back by 10.00. The rest of us got home about 2.00pm. Having been greatly concerned for his whereabouts. NOT!!!

His best man was in the SBS and had disappeared early evening. Wonder why?

A better midfielder than Ralls would go a long way as well - you know one who can use both feet, runs and passes in a forward direction and not at funeral pace

Good news that Adams may be fit soon.
