Was browsing twitter this morning, some of my lot left at 6am to travel to Carlise, watch their team lose, end up 21st in L2 and arrive home the early hours of this morning at 1.30am. Fook that. Also a good reminder to why I stopped going on footie coaches.

Do you know much about Anthony Barry who Sunderland are linked with? He seems to be highly thought of by all the managers he's worked with.

What's happening with you lot? I had you down as a shoe-in for top 7.

Just seen some highlights from yesterday. More big club bias going on, Southampton were robbed of a penalty. VAR has changed nowt. Decisions are still being viewed in favour of the big clubs.

I think a lot of fans including myself imagined Neil Harris would only ever work with as you say a top 7 side, but for me I think it's a simple fact that we can't afford it, and our manager is having to scrape out the left-overs from the barrel.

I get pissed of with our supporters tbph, I think they just don't understand the reality of the situation, we have a Chairman who simply don't have deep enough pockets for running a football club these days, we get probably an average gate of 4,000 - you'll be lucky to be able to afford to turn on the flood lights with that sort of revenue in the current climate.

Sure as eggs is eggs someone will show me stats that our budget is as good as if not better than others, as far as I'm concerned that's just a myth. Any way Maidstone (National League) and Ebbsfleet (NL South) both won yesterday, so hopefully next season there will be a massive reunion to look forward to, because L2 is as about as exciting as watching paint dry.

Anyway I'm going to stick by Neil Harris, regardless, because as far as I'm concerned it's not his fault if we go down, but some would argue otherwise.

Couldn't see much wrong with the goal we had ruled out at Chelsea ... pretty sure VAR would at least have had the ref go and look at it if it had been the other way round.

When your club is on a downward slope and seemingly imploding there's only so much a manager can do, tbh. We've been there loads in the last 10 years.

It sounds like you need a takeover to shake things up and get the club turned around.

The Chairman year on year, constantly says he's looking for a buyer, but will only sell to the right person, which I think in his mind, one that is right for and cares for the club.

I have a different take on life, I've got to be somewhere round the same age as our Chairman, so if I had a job (despite all the grief) that paid me, let's have a wild guess £250k per year, I somehow might want to stay on the books - now back to reality....I get a sense of feeling, that is a scenario our Chairman would welcome, a new owner but someone that kept him around for his 20+ years experience...and his yearly income.

I hasten to add he has had some right unacceptable shhite chucked in his direction, that there is no excuse for, but at the same time, that aside, I think he needs to see things from the other side of the coin, he's past his sell by date, he has to accept as well all do at a certain age, you can't do the things you use to be able to do, and even worse you can't afford them

Neil Harris first thing he noticed when he walked in, where's your youth team, where's your structure, it's like the place had closed down, no merchandise shop anymore, no cash taken anymore, the club is being run on the bare minimum, it's like being the owner of an empty shell. The car is still on the drive but someone has nicked the engine.

All said and done, if I was wealthy would I buy the club, not a fooking chance!

I know a secret supplier. Only takes cash though, he's got the good hose pipes, imported directly from Colombia.
