Can't believe Liverpool are first up on MOTD. Favouritism!

 

Only came on like last few minutes so no real impact. Did well for youth team last year, scored 13 goals and was involved in pre season tour. With our current injuries prob get some cup game time as well.

Never know how these kids going to develop so won’t get carried away but had heard was meant to be decent prospect

I'm glad City put Palace back on their box. Didn't want them to immediately one up us. Palace do look pretty dangerous. They won't be easy to beat in the Carabao Cup.

Its great living overseas isn't it! For 29 quid for the season I can stream every PL game live and watch all the matches in full or as highlights anytime. The only downside is some of the has beens they get providing the expert match analysis.

 

Good point, we were already paying 30 quid for all the normal TV stuff

So the sport whenever i want every single match is just 30quid

 

Bit harsh to call GG and CC 'has beens'.

 

It would be even harsher putting 'expert' and either CC or GG in the same sentence.

Anyone else find this Papa Johns Trophy weird, with League 2 sides playing PL U21 teams? It just seems a bizarre format.

 

Good for the under 21 players though

 

Oh yeah, good experience for.rhose guys. I just find it a strange format. Especially for the lower league teams. It's like, "Yeah you might be top of league 2, but try beating our U21s".
