Agree with the first part . Not sure on Dyche. Surely this could have waited until after tomorrow’s game.

Yeah he did it with Preston. And if he gets a better contract here (which. Let’s be honest, he deserves) so be it. But Preston to West Brom (or stoke as Preston told stoke to do one apparently) is not unite Sunderland to Stoke.
 
Look at the mess with the managerial stuff last time, the Keane, Dodds and Proctor.

Speakman is a massive mug.

And he's presiding over a football side of the club which is losing its manager, the one difference maker that got us promoted.

Hopefully KLD is on the phone now to Alex, if he's driving to Stoke, telling him to stick the job up his arse while Speakman is on the phone to Sean Dyche's agent.

I know it's rumours that he is on the way there but christ is there anything more disrespectful than driving to another club the day before a big game to see if they are a better employer?

You may not be to say but have you heard anything or reacting to tweets etc like rest of us?

I'm gutted as he is a huge part of the last 6 months or so.
 
If he's travelling to Stoke with the club's permission, then I believe his successor is already in place.

Whatever fans may think of Speakman and the rest of the people at our helm, no-one can deny that we are now run by one of the shrewdest groups for many a year and it doesn't add up to allow him to leave unless they have a better option lined up.

I'm comfortable with this.

I'm in favour of him signing the deal he wants with us. If he does end up staying, I only hope his actions don't backfire on him. He can easily loose the fans off the back of this.
