The jury surely must have doubts if they’ve been out for 2 days now.

Any reasonable doubts will be enough.
However they may have already decided the verdict on some of the charges?

7 women on the jury - that can swing both ways.

Apparantly it was reported in court that he was already “well hung”, so not sure where you are going with that!...dirty boy! :emoticon-0103-cool: Masky of course is well hung....just saying!

It could be argued that by the time it next comes to court he will have had a 2 year sentence, having lost his Wales job and become unemployable in the mean time.

I read the reports during the case and having heard both sides it was tough to tell who was telling the whole truth. Aspects of both were believable and other aspects not so. Proof was not clear for what he was charged with.

He wasn't in court for being a serial shagger. If he had been then guilty would have been the only conclusion.

I can see why the jury couldn't reach a verdict and unless there is any new, conclusive evidence will it be any different next year?

In addition if the barristers strike continues for any length of time July 2023 will not be achievable.
