Even Dennis isn't certain to start at Forest it seems from what I have read.
Dennis was good business, a massive profit for a player who has a bad attitude and was not liked in the dressing room
I think the fact we were willing to sell him to Forest and Dennis was happy to go there says something.

As there is more than one club interested (rightly), there is no reason not to press for truer value. The Premiership has seen what Sarr did to Liverpool at a time when they were the perhaps the world’s best team - how much would you expect to pay Barca for a player of his quality? Definitely not less than £40m, I agree.
TBH, I was never a big fan, even when he was our top scorer and the media loved him early on last season. He never smacked of a team player to me. Great business - true togetherness, relentlessly grafting for each other, that’s the way out of this league.

It appears we are going all out to sign your kid Pedro.
My question to you (and hope an honest answer) is who is better Pedro or Sarr?
It’s all paper bullshit. We have been linked with over 1,000 players and not signed anyone.
Forrest on the other hand have bought 14 players.

You forget that he was in the Premiership last season - and missed a large part of it due to injury and the AFCON. Prior to that he was showing his worth perfectly well.
Pedro. He is more skillful, gets more involved and can 'pull the strings' from midfield rather than just be a striker. But, like most other players, he lacks the pace of Sarr. The club neither want nor need to sell him, he still has just short of five years left on his contract, so if Newcastle want to sign him they'll have to dig deep and meet the club's valuation or forget it.
I might be wrong but I don’t think there has ever been a 40m sale or anywhere near it from a championship team. Appreciate you where s premiership team last season and I was actually saddened to see you go down. I would much rather Everton had.

Re Pedro's worth - remembering your "it's all paper bullshit" quote, he is 'said to be' valued at £35 million, but I'm not sure that the club said that - in fact I don't think they have actually quoted a figure. The simple truths are that he's only worth what others are willing to pay, he isn't actually for sale as the club want to keep him, they will listen to offers and keep rejecting them if they deem them to be too low. Like the fans of most clubs, we are sick of our players being pinched for next to nothing, whether for actual or potential value. Jadon Sancho is a case in point - apparently now worth somewhere between £90 - £100 million, we had no choice but to accept £66K for him, thanks to EPL rules.
Watford should take him to one side and ask him if he is going to comfit himself to us this season
If the answer is " no I want to go to Newcastle' then demand £50k plus from Newcastle and if they dont pay dump him in the under 18's
Sounds like Pedro might be off which is a shame but suggestions that his agent has potentially forced a move of it happens.
