It was sampled from this, but don't know if they stole it from somewhere else.

 

Clue is in the title lol.

Tbf it's almost unrecognisable at the point Tupac adds it but a great example of the artistry of sampling. I knew the Geto Boys track but never linked it to The Crusaders or Randy Newton who made that track huge.
