I didn't mean we do it all right bru Just we are on it ****ing 24/7. Even a bit much for me tbh, all wearing rainbow flag socks on a Friday and giving out rolex
Mitrovic looked the part imo Haaland did nothing that City weren't doing last season anyway. With or without the Orc they would have won comfortably.
Connor Coady or whoever coming in for Franks preferred back three. Been pushed through I think due to Godfrey injury.
Been arguing for years on our board, never ever should of sold Mitro. Was even a fan of the club ffs. Useless our lot
In all honesty, I think that's the easy bit. When you look at the top 6 clubs and even clubs like West Ham and Villa signing players better than you're, at the moment. I think it'll be hard graft to consolidate in the top 8. Years away from challenging top 4. It really isn't the same for rich owners, now. FFP is real and we are seeing it stop Leicester in their stride and it's starting to have an effect with Everton.
Think we are going about it better than some others have over recent years. Ofc we can't do a City or Chelsea, maybe 15 years back. But if we sign and slowly improve in certain areas over a 10+ year period, with the right people upstairs making footballing decisions, slowly but surely we will become a serious contender. Really love Howe and the way he operates too. Think slow and steady is his mantra and we need that to keep the fans at bay. I'm not gonna mince words, we have a lot of idiots.
You'll get around it. The Saudi public will start buying millions of toon tops every week and you'll have outrageous sponsorships from the middle east. Slow and steady is definitely the way, although, I have a feeling it's still difficult for you to attract players given the amount seriously linked and ending up elsewhere. You need a statement signing to boost your profile.
Obviously I don't quite share your sentiments on the Forest loss ... but they have done a bit of a Fulham from a few years back in terms of the numbers they have brought in and amounts spent ... that comes with its own risks because you still need to play as a team ... as Brighton did yesterday ... all knew their roles and most been there for some time ...
