Not a player but Andy Dibble departing from Motherwell as GK coach after only arriving a short while ago. Manager left/was ditched at start of season and it seems Dibbs may be surplus to requirements now too. Tough break after we ditched him too.
Just read this about Oxford's game last night - well not about the game, but still relevant.....REALLY! Murphy could well be a pivotal part of Oxford United’s success this season, so the extent of this injury is important. Thankfully, it sounds as if he will be in contention for Saturday’s game, but whether he will be deemed fit enough to start is something only those at the club will know. The 27-year-old winger has had impressive Championship campaigns in the past and it’s now Robinson’s responsibility to get the best out of Murphy. The sooner the versatile attacker can get off the mark the better and the confidence boost he would receive from that should power his campaign in the right direction.
in the build up to the Reading game they were still talking about him being on trial there even though he'd signed for Oxford. not sure 'impressive' is an adjective I'd use either.
Oh you know. Still prone to Murphy's Law. However, I have now joined a self help group Luddites Anonymous. It's ok but there's no online meetings!
With Schmeichal now gone to Nice, looks like another ex City player could replace him at Leicester.................. https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/3...move-following-cardiff-city-summer-departure/
He's good enough for top flight I reckon. Good move for him if it comes off but for Wales sake I hope they retain Ward as their No 1!
