Profits up by 411% to £1.34bn

and that’s just for the first half of the year.

meanwhile ordinary working folk are facing massive hikes in their bills whilst these leeches are paying their shareholders some tasty dividends

**** off
not sure 1p dividend per share after 3 years of none is particularly tasty tbh .

It may well be I'm just saying how people allude too thinking they are in some kinda trouble for very small issues.....such as I said Internet service providers and the likes threatening court over a contract that doesn't exist.

You can talk tax now if you like and help the guy out instead of being a tosser 2 him
I was advised to do it on paper first .
Don't worry I and my accountant have both appealed again but I can't stop it being on my account .
I'm fully online now so the excitement can abate

If post has been outsourced all recorded delivery would show that it was received by the handler you then still have the problem of getting HMRC to accept that it has been received .
Among the many reasons i loath much of the craze for outsourcing by big Govt departments is it allows them extra ways of brushing you off .
Another reason was if you were a lowly employee of said dept trying to find out what the lazy ****s were actually meant to do was a nightmare as constantly heard "not contracted for that" from G4S , Serco Atas Capita etc employees during my dealings with them .
I told them it had been misplaced at their end and they deny that that happens <laugh>.
Apparently they are completely 100% bang in with all those millions of letters they receive my

I've signed up for this. **** it, enough is enough.

If they can get 1 million people to sign up, and pledge to withhold their energy payments for 28 days from Oct 1st then it will force the energy companies and the Govt into action.

28 days ain't gonna do **** all. For something like this to work mass non payment would need to start now and go on for months. They could hardly disconnect millions of households.

I still haven't received anything from British Gas since my supplier went bust last year. Suspect they're waiting for 12 months to be up before hitting me with the maximum for the year.

I think that's the plan. To extend it beyond the 28 days if there's no action from Govt.

You gonna sign up bro ?

Probably not. I don't give out my email addresses to random organisations on the internet.

Like I said I've not paid any energy for coming up 11 months anyway as my supplier went into liquidation and each time (probs bi-monthly) I've contacted BG they've said "we'll write to you" and I've heard nothing.

I've been putting money aside for it but recently I've just been thinking about moving and booking a nice winter holiday instead lol.

I set a spam one up when I need it for something but then I always forget what it is cos I don't need it.

**** knows what the one associated with my account here is <laugh>
<laugh> same here I have to pre warn @brb when I change phones to remind me of my log in deets.

But I got a regular spam one I've used for years and a "business" one so I keep that one clean of crap or dodgy stuff

Won't happen. Too many people more interested in moaning on the internet instead.

Exactly this. If I have a problem I just write to my local mp, get him or her to sort it out. Moaning about something on the internet, achieves the square root of fook all.

Dont fukin have that @Diego

****ing spot on.

If folk has listened to Corbyn, we'd already be renationalising the public utilities as we speak and these ****ing leeches who are creaming off vast wealth for themselves would have been booted into touch

But the IRA or something ...
