Most people feel the same dude hence the low numbers voting these days... but the carousel still turns because some insane individuals keep voting when it clearly makes no fking difference whatsoever.

Could you imagine what the world would think if an election had zero votes apart from them standing...........I think its a message we ain't happy with our current democracy would ripple around the globe as a realism that they are in the same situation.

Change can only happen when we decide enough is enough of doing the same thing over and over with the same outcome of fk all for us and everything for them.

1. Make voting mandatory, with a "use it or lose it" penalty
for the next election of the same type if you are absent
without good reason

2. put a "none of the above" option on the ballot paper

3. if "none of the above" is the majority vote, the winner
is drawn by lottery (using schoolboy statistics to decide
whose name goes into the bag)

2 + 3 would give the disenchanted the opportunity to make
the usual suspects really have to work for every vote
in every constituency (lest 3 occurs) .

Boris was in charge so to speak for 3 years which included Brexit, the pandemic and the Ukraine war when all the opposition could say was "we wouldn't have done that".
The man is a clown but never had a real chance to show what he could do, hopefully the next few years will be normal(ish) and a new leader will get that chance.
