Tbh Perisic was my wow signing, been a massive fan of his for years. Genuinely buzzing to see him in a Spurs shirt. Conte/ the club may have seen Richarlison as their wow signing too, not one many of us would say so on but if he meets his add-ons then he becomes our record signing so it’s a big investment from the club on a player they must feel will help deliver. Bastoni probably would’ve been “the big one” from the fan’s POV but as Crackers has basically said, that might be one for next year if it’s possible. Overall though I’m really happy with what we’ve done. We’re signing players with seemingly a mix of the right mentality, quality and experience to fit Conte’s idea for the club. On paper at least, the best window we’ve had in a long, long time.
Romano’s said Spence has completed his medical. I’m saying we’ll announce the deal before the game tomorrow so that the build up talk can mention about him joining. Going for a 10am announcement.

Me too. I still think the club need another quality centre back and a creative midfielder. Issue is the home grown status thing. For me Bale would have been ideal. Not sure the wow signing will come this window but overall the squad looks very strong

We need a quality centre back now’s the time not next summer or whenever….or as good as the window is I won’t feel as though we have addressed a very important issue…one which might leave us kicking ourselves during the season imo. I don’t think we should be going for a Sarr/Gil type of signing…they no good for next season. I don’t see the point in kind of building strong because the weakness will be got to and exposed. Is Spence first team ready?
I think we'd struggle to sign anyone that would be an obvious improvement. Conte seems to like him a lot, too.
So who do we all think we need/want next? I don’t think this is quite enough to challenge for the league Conte isn’t here to nab 3rd spot off Chelsea
