Great,Bastille Day today, fireworks last night but very relaxing, I have noticed a few changes whether covid or anti-Russian, not sure but small local bars where I used to get last drink or coffee in the morning gone, bistros and sushi bars now fs, a Russian bar I used to watch the sport in closed completely, plenty of money around still.
Hopefully not the same Bastille Day as it was 6 years ago!

No, precautions taken with road closures, concrete barriers, army etc very relaxed though, there was a bar on the promenade English run where I'd have a beer and get out of the sun for a couple of hours, great for all sport but sadly gone, the only place I could go if I want to watch the golf is your old haunts.
