I hope you're right but he has to get on to the pitch first and I think that Ralph just doesn't fancy him to be that main Striker. I'll be surprised if we don't bring another Forward in that will be a starter before the transfer window closes.
Get a main & effective striker & both will improve significantly. Nether are able to lead the line nor play as a single.
And so we should be, I like Adams but across 3 seasons he has almost a 1 in 5 record (20 goals in 96 games) in the league which just isn’t good enough to be considered the main guy. Armstrong is just weird, there was loads of opportunity to give him a decent run last year from about Feb onwards but he barely got a sniff.
I like Che and hope he improves, but he's soo one footed it's almost embarrassing, this will stop him ever becoming top notch for me. Not sure what to make of AA, he's got pace, but not sure what else?
Yeah Stan Collymore, ex professional footballer, with links and contacts with several football clubs, that Stan Collymore. Still if a poster on a football forum thinks it is a funny suggestion that he might have picked up a bit of gossip, it must be wrong. Keep on smiling.
It’s the boring middle part of the window where not much happens but journos still need to keep attracting readers/listeners etc.
I have it on good authority that Che was playing golf with JWP, hit an atrocious drive off the second tee, snapped his driver in half, and is now 'looking for a new club'
I read somewhere that Aribo’s (and Lavia’s) agent is mates with Joe Shields, having worked together at Crystal Palace together. Looking at their client list, not many suitable candidates really, but Terem Moffi looks to be the closest to a Saintsy signing. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/elite-project-group-limited/beraterfirma/berater/5620
This is breaking new ground - Several puns, none of which are linked to cheese - are you driving a wedge between pun-creating factions?
