She held a series unauthorised secret meetings with Israeli officials with no UK officials present . She had said she was going to Israel on holiday and when the truth leaked she lied to then them PM and was later allowed to resign when the Guardian provided more evidence . Obviously this was a HUGE breach of the ministerial code and that alone should be enough to ensure she never held a ministerial post again .

 

I know what she did, tell me the why.

 

because she cut a deal with the Israeli officials but what that deal was to do with as i said right at the start of this is what we need to know because as of now she should be treated as at the least someone who has been compromised by a foreign power .
Have to say if she was a Labour minster rather than a right wing Tory Brexiteer i suspect your attitude would be considerably different .
