Interesting, I was going to add to my reply that a lot of big cities use street numbers "18th Street" and that the number might represent the street number that gang operates out of. Also I know numbers are symbolic to white supremacists. They like using numbers like "the number of word Hitler spoke at some speech" or something stupid like that and it becomes symbolic to them. I don't remember what they are but there are quite a number of numbers that hold almost a spiritual meaning to white supremacists. So maybe some white supremacists use numbers in their names.
