I think we are ok at CB. RW gives the width and crosses that strikers need in a 3-5-2 so I think that position is critical. But I also think Miggy could come good. So for me with Wilson being made of glass a striker who can also play at RW is the one position if we can’t sign any others.

The 5 at the back has come from Twitter with everyone making out Burn and Botman are the best 2 centre backs at the club but can't be played both together as they are both left footed. They've made out we'd go 5 with Burn left, Botman middle and Schar right. Personally don't want it, I likes how we have brought our game on since going 4-3-3.

I just think 5-3-2 is a recipe for getting pounded. It invites pressure on us and Targett simply doesn't have the pace to cause havoc on the left hand side. It would mean predominantly playing through the middle and with no wingers that in itself stops Bruno from playing his passes out wide. I'm also assuming the 2 would have to be Wilson and Wood? Wood up front with no wingers is just a waste of a name on the team sheet. Let's be honest - Wood is just a waste of a name on the team sheet anyways.
Would be quite happy with that. Then we'd just need a new high quality RW and hopefully another CM to also be recruited and we could call it an ambitious transfer window.
