2 or 3 Bruno level players would be ideal
It is possible. There will be so many players come middle of august that need game time with a World Cup coming up.

Teams like Chelsea will have players available on loan.

So will overseas teams and we have proved we can make loan deals work.

We have a decent project and some good players now at the club.

I don’t see any reason why we can’t loan top players and potentially buy them.

I am not talking Neymars etc. For example. Zeyich ARM at Chelsea. We could sneak in a loan deal with an option to buy.

If you need another CM, have you heard of a certain Oxlade-Chamberlain <whistle>

I think we have done great business and even if we don’t buy or loan anyone else it’s still amazing progress.

I reckon back end we might see a loan or two with options to buy. That seems like a good strategy.

Well we will disagree on this. We're currently doing what is necessary in the Premier League. As it stands, we've probably just about consolidated our mid-table mediocrity, but are unlikely to get dragged into relegation trouble. We need, without a shadow of a doubt, a striker and right winger. If there's anything left, a midfielder would then mean "amazing progress".

Be honest I’d he actually any good when fit?

He was very good for about 18 months a few years back. Got a really bad injury in the CL quarters/semis against Roma and was out for almost a year. And he’s never quite got back to those levels, but also never got s full run of games in best team. Would often come on, or get a start then back to bench or a game with reserves and youth players in cups etc.

I think he would be similar to lingard in that if he found s team to play week in week out like he did at West Ham, he’s be a decent mid table prem player and could chip in with 5-10 goals across season as had that attacking mentality.

it’s a shame as he offers something different in that he can drive forward from midfield with the ball and run past players. Similar to Barkley in his Everton days.

For a £5m-£10m gamble by a mid table club think would be worth it. Out of contract end of coming season and can’t see him staying.
