It just didn't work for him at Bristol City, for some unexplained reason, so let's hope both parties are happy and move on. Apparently a large part of our salary payments has also vanished. :1980_boogie_down:

dreadful signing on any level. flattered to deceive. luxury player on luxury wages with his feet up resting most weekends at a club with finances out of control and part of the why City are looking at a points deduction.

I partly agree, but NP played kids over him last season in a clear snub to him. Why would he give a f**k when the manager snubs him so blatantly, especially when we were struggling so badly??

your making your case there to bin the player.

You could say that, but the 1st part of my comment facilitates the second part that you highlight. If a manager (in any job) devalues you and snubs you, why would you care? How you treat employees impacts their performance is all I'm saying. His worst season for us comes after the way he was treated by NP, not a coincidence in my book.

I agree with your general point, although NP is not the first manager to not use him as a first team regular. There comes a point where you question whether it’s the player. I hope this move works out for him, he pushes on and does well, he seems like a nice lad.
