The hilarious thing about this is City already did it (far worse than they do now), were then accused of irregularity, the investigation only allowed 3 years worth of paperwork so it all got swept under the carpet. Similarly PSG were being investigated, Al-Khelaifi then paid £20m or so and it all went away. The problem will always be governing bodies that are only accountable to themselves. Until any of this becomes a criminal investigation nothing can happen. UEFA aren't going to throw out Al-Khelaifi - he's on the board of the ECA (European Clubs Association). All of this from La Liga, who have two of the worst possible clubs for financial clusterfucks in Barca and Real Madrid. It's ****ing farcical.
