If you’re going through the Betz4Bantz route then yes of course there's rules to this ****

starting with proposing the bet on the appropriate thread for record purposes init incase one decides to welch

we’ve all heard ‘I’m pretty sure we’d both adhere to it..’ kinda stuff before
