You are either ignoring or unaware that since that article she has stated that the did a wholesale review of every department in the club and realised that every single department was far worse than they had anticipated as they hadn't been able to do this till the deal was completed.
She has already admitted her shares are likely to be heavily diluted due to the amount of investment required. £250m, simply put, would not require that.

I'm simply saying that between what she has said, since this article you have used has been published, and from a professional point of view. I don't see how her investment would need diluted if she only needs to find £8.5m over 3 years
