We can though. Utd and Liverpool I mean, if any clubs have the devine right to spend big its us two. Two biggest clubs in the land by merit, historical institutions of the game.

Not some cheap lottery chavs or some manc Instagram model who just sold her arse to a camel for oil money.

Won't include Newcastle cos they aint even serious, the absolute jokes they've been buying so far.

Think you got this bit wrong mate. IMO they are getting some good advice from someone, buy players that will get you top half then upgrade to them that can get you top six. After that go all out for them that can make you challengers'
In other words buy the best players who will come to you given your position at that time without throwing stupid money at it until the final jump.
