Hopefully but I'm still thinking AC Milan will land Botman. I think this summer will be a reminder as to how far newcastle has to go. I don't expect anything close to as exciting as what some seem to be expecting.
Hopefully that report is accurate but the player seems to want that move I mean newcastle may be a project, but right now they've not got a good training ground which is where players spend most their time, the city isn't exactly Milan or Paris and the club isn't going to be competing for anything yet.

True. That's why they spent £95M in January and bought Bruno and made promises to him about competing etc.
Ok firstly 250 - 95 =? Secondly most people had never heard of Bruno before we signed him. Thirdly competing in 5 to 10 years not 8 months.

Minamino at Liverpool has a price tag set at £17m - would anyone be in for that? While he hasn't shone at Anfield I think he's a good player - goal rate of 1 in 3.5 across his career & 10 goals in 24 appearances for Liverpool last year, could be worth a punt if he's settled in to British football now. Would also grow the "brand" in Japan for a reasonable outlay... Think he'd be a good addition in replace of Fraser or Murphy.
