I'm not actually angry over these proposals with the new owners, it's the issue that has been staring us in the face for years with Fat Mike and his clowns running the show.

Far too much reliability for far too many years on the loan market and free agents. Leaving the new owners disadvantaged in terms of age and squad depth/quality.

It's not that bad mate Ashley spent the 8th most in his last 3 years

Investment in managers coaches etc have seen players improve overnight.

A few bits of quality here and there every 4 or 5 months plus 2 or 3 top youths will create a squad bursting with depth and talent within 3 years

Again I'm happy with that type of plan and thinking, I just don't think it's realistically achievable with the transfer fee's involved these days to add 3-4 bits of quality with just £60 - £80m this summer when 2 of the glaring positions we need are striker and RW.

Now I could be wrong, we could getting someone like a Bellotti/Dybala on a free and a Dembele/Lingaard for RW but by all accounts we won't because we don't seem to want to screw the wage structure up and upset the rest of the squad - which again I understand.

........And yeah, as far as I am concerned any player or agent ****ing us about wants put in a book and ****ed off for eternity. So if Botman having had 6 months and Ekitike for that matter having had 6 months decide we are 2nd fiddle I'd sooner **** them off now than waste another few weeks courting them.

    Fair enough mate

Some of these prices are about shirts sales and all kinds of ****. They're selling more than the player.

Newcastle can get better players for less and eventually when newcastle get into Europe or top 5 soon that's when the big bucks come out.

    That's when people realise

Again mate I agree. I don't want you thinking I'm digging you out here, I'm not. I just can't see where we find these gems for £15m a piece are going to come from and that's my issue with Luke Edwards and his £60m story comes from.

It's like his piece yesterday pissing on every transfer story going like he's the only person to get scoops.

This is the same guy that ran with stories about the takeover being dead, Henry Maurice, Steve Bruce being a great manager etc. He has literally gone on podcasts admitting that he trolls Newcastle fans because he gets bites.

The guy is a ****ing bellend........and for me his arse kissing of Eddie Howe at the end of the season in the presser showed his desperation when it comes to not having the contacts anymore and Eddie's response to him was equally as telling.

It's all good mate I'm just the type of **** that takes screenshots.

In all seriousness I think this squad is better than people ever thought hence the turn around once a good coach came in... Its already around the 7th most expensive side and it was under achieving. Eddie Howe hasn't turned water into wine.. He's just worked out how to use a bottle opener.

There's good players out there for far less than people think imo and I tend to look at the players not the prices paid.

Maguire 80 million.. Burn 13 being an example

At this rate we should just splash all our money on the Salzburg backroom staff such as scouts and just build an amazing training facilities for the young ones

News on the training ground etc will all come.... These things take time to plan and put together, but you can be sure it'll be one of the best in the world when it's done.

It's the best way to go about it at this point if not all the time.
