His interview...

The result is very good news <laugh>

A very good result <laugh>

A clear victory <laugh>

A decisive and conclusive victory <laugh>

I am pleased and this extremely good, positive, decisive victory <laugh>

Man is ****ing mental <laugh>

It's not meant for the rational or sane among us.

It's a rally call for those who have always bought his bullshit.

He knows they're out there. And unfortunately for this country he's probably right.

OMG now that would be so funny if she got his job, and then she elects Boris as her deputy <laugh>

Reece Mogg

PM question time, by the time Reece Mogg answers a Starmer question Starmer will have forgotten what the question was and why he asked it

I was kind of hoping the result would have been a lot closer and he would have to step down. Bring on JRM and throw a real cat among the pigeons now that would be fun.
He's caustic and sarcastic but also intelligent and makes sure he knows his subject before he talks, Starmer would be totally lost <laugh>

You'll have to tell me when?

Was it before or after he backtracked today about claiming Theresa May getting a higher percentage vote than Bojo today had been a crushing defeat? I think Starmer would dissect that sort of "knowledge" for tea tbf <whistle>

Nope, he was quite right on May but did backtrack after because he anticipated a larger win for Boris.
Knowing your subject and mis-reading the room are totally different things.

So he backtracked on May because he anticipated a larger win for Boris? Why? You're going to need to explain that one <laugh>

Mis-reading the room will be enough on its own if he ever becomes leader.

Come on Trebs, that's ****ing obvious and shouldn't need explanation (to you at least) <doh>

Well I can see why he would backtrack if he was expecting a lower vote for Boris. It's not like he can justify defending that statement against May whilst banging the drum if Boris wins by 1 vote. I can understand that, not if Boris gets a higher vote.

Tbh none of it's really the reason. The truth is he had nowhere to go other than to backtrack because what else could he say when he was confronted by it today.

He couldn't say anything which is why he backtracked as you have just said.

He’s not remotely intelligent, he just looks like Lord Snooty, and that’s enough to make thick some ****s think he’s intelligent.

It might be seen as a minor thing by some, especially in today's moron social media world, but should a prime minister be using the word 'stuff' in that conversation?

No, should he ****.

He needs to be binned for that alone for me!
