There is no penalty-taker who is better in the world. There just never seems the remotest possibility he will miss. But give him the ball twelve yards out and no players around him in open play, and you feel it's 50/50 at best.

Apparently him and his dad had a sideline selling tours of Stamford Bridge to rich friends of theirs, without the clubs knowledge or consent.
They would charge a couple grand per person and JT would sneak them in and his dad would give them unauthorised tours of the whole complex.
Some **** like that, is the jist.
