I don't think we are to be fair. From what I understand a deal on his side is agreed should we wish to proceed but it would be reliant on agreeing terms with Lyon with the 2 teams country miles apart. FWIW I don't think he will have anywhere near the same effect on the team as what Bruno does.

I think you're now jus hoping he won't coz you've backed yourself into a corner that much.

No I've just made my prediction and today he has made it plain he's not leaving Lyon.

LB seems to be the heaviest link currently. CB and a RW next on the list for me and a CB past that we'll be golden - someone posted the other day we were 6th over the "last" 32 games of the season. Eddie with a full preseason and 3/4 good additions to the squad would see a marked improvement next season.

A new CF should be a priority because Wilson cannot be expected to remain fit. If Wilson's fitness was better then fine, he'd be scoring 15+ goals a season, but he'll get injured.

We have Wilson and wood and possibly Ekiteke, so I would anticipate that would be it as far as strikers are concerned for now..

Ekiteke is no guarantee either! He could go to psg or Dortmund, so who would be 2nd choice is the question?

Nah not really, my opinion has always been I'd like him to come but it should be bottom of the list of priorities unless we are gonna smash the doors off it. Time will tell.

I'm gonna guess Ekitike won't be signed as a striker. He'll be backup to ASM if he stays. Would be my thinking.

I understand targatt did well, but he ain't no 1st team brasil international and won't ever play for champions league atletico Madrid.
