Just reading about the selection of Connolly and King for Wales U21s upcoming games.
Just out of interest, had a squiz at the rest of the squad and the teams they played for.
Very few cardiff and swansea players in there, mainly from English clubs, and mainly from below the premiership.
Then two players caught my eye. From Dundalk.
WTF!
DUNDALK. Had to look up where it was (N Ireland for any other ignoramus out there, like me).
They have as many players in the squad as we do, and more than the swans.

Spent the afternoon trying to make sense of this. From my trawling the best I can ascertain is that there appears to be a bit of history of Dundalk players coming on trial to the Bluebirds.
I guess what I should have been looking up is the nationalities of our youngsters.

You looked it up wrong remote.
Dundalk is in the Irish Republic <laugh>​
