Tomori impresses me, heard him do an interview in broken Italian few weeks ago, not the easiest place for a black player to be welcomed but he seems to have cracked it so fair play to him, he'd still be on loan now if hed stayed at Chelsea... Probably

Whats even funnier is that AC bought him and he ousted Romagnoli from their starting XI, and now it looks like we are about to get Romagnoli from AC on a free transfer.
Not sure signing a guy who was replaced by a guy you let go is progress, but hey ho!

Under roman the culture for players was hit the ground running or be replaced, not exactly a club known for developing youth I think that's fair to say, who knows if that will be the case under the new guy but you've let some proper worldies go over the years cos they couldn't get a game for you, Salah and Kdb being good examples.

Ive read you have a war chest of 250m this summer, small change in comparison to romans spends so maybe we will see some of your yoof come through eventually

I dont think we need all that much money to sort the squad out to be honest. We need a couple centre backs, looks like we have one for free coming in already, and a striker. We were short a decent midfielder this past season too, but Connor Gallagher should be able to fill that role.
If we sell Lukaku we will probably get 60-70m back for him too.
If it were me i'd go all out for Lewandowski, he wants out from Bayern and even at his age he outscored Haaland this season, id take him in a heartbeat.

You will be fine. Carry on as normal with one or two signings, you only missed out on the title by a gnats hair.
With us it depends on who we sign and whether they gel quickly. If we can get two centre backs and a striker to click we should be able to challenge.
For me, Werner offers a lot more than Lukaku, so i'd keep him.
Lukaku will probably stay another season, you cant give up on a £100m signing so quickly. So it might be a case of us crossing our fingers and hoping he comes good finally.....I have doubts though.
With Rudiger and Christensen ****ing off we really need to concentrate on the backline more than anything else, and hope James and Chilwell stay fit next season.
Our season started to de rail when those two went out injured.

KDB should have been given more of a chance imo. You could see his potential. Not Salah though. He wasn't good enough at that time.
