So, to get away from the tedious and seemingly endless transfer rumours on Twitter, and then on here, by people who probably have no clue about anything and that no one actually gives a **** about, does anyone have any plans this upcoming spring and summer to get out of this godforsaken ****ing cesspit of a country and have a bit of a holiday of any sorts?

Due to covid, spent last year confined to Britain and, predictably enough, it was ****e. Cold, wet, ****e food ****e.

So looking forward to getting away.

February in France was epic after two years to be honest, can't wait to get back there this summer.

Half term this week though, and a little weekend starter for ten not five miles away from my house. Could be five hundred miles away though, so welcome it will be.

Any plans?

Or am I the only one who is actually glad that there is zero football of any sorts for the next few months?

Barcelona end of July, I love the place so I'm really looking forward to this trip.

San Francisco then at the end of October, not looking forward to the flight but will be great once I'm there.

Got a cousins wedding in the isle of man in July.. Or June I can't remember now tbh, will be getting the ferry from liverpool but won't have time for anything up there bar a breakfast.

Then turkey in September for 12 days before going to dam for 3 nights on the way home

Starting at this hotel in Barca.

We're going for a break October half term. Nearly booked last night but first weekend of half term the Monday is Haloween, which my daughter will not miss.

So looks like second week, early November. Looking to Air BnB probably.

Love the place, be good to go back. Although Madrid also an option. Kids no longer neeed to be vaccinated either.

You'll need to let me know what it's like mind, as could be an option. Would need two rooms etc.

Where about's is it?
It's on the edge of the Gothic quarter, walking distance to Sagrada just north of it. Seems like a good Central spot. We wanted a decent hotel with a good bar and restaurant and this one stood out.

Barcelona Cathedral in the distance there.

I can see you now burning away in your liverpool kit

Going to have a drive down to Huez and ride the local area for 3 days before heading back.

Have a stop on the way down/back up to have a night out. Dijon and Reims I think
