Maybe they have put a figure on it that's the thing. To just rule it out is an argument from personal incredulity.

In other words we can choose to believe or not believe, but we cannot at this point claim anything as an absolute.

I personally think around 80 to 100 seems about right because we'll let players go and use that money also.

The names on the list seem plausible to me.

I'm not denying the names are realistic ones mate. Believed the Botman one was done myself in Jan. Think Calvert-Lewin has had a stinking season this year but then read an article where he has had a lot of off field problems with his mental health so feel a bit bad for taking the piss out of him now. I think Targett has been solid for us and would be happy enough with him coming back. I'd love to see Lodi here as that sort of player that is direct and quick is the type of player I love to watch.

It's a bit like the new sponsorship deals - everyone seems to think they're going to be huge and I reckon quite a few are going to be underwhelmed when the figures eventually get released initially.

We are where we are as a club, thankfully that is one on the up with at least some ambition compared to where we have been previously.

Whatever I believe or whatever I think doesn't matter. I love the fact everyone can have hope again.

I used to really enjoy setting fire to things. Me and one friend in particular were very good woodsman tbh.

We took our innocent skills to new levels until eventually we'd just nonchalantly set to things and just walk off. Later that day we'd usually return to the scene to admire our work.

In some circumstances we'd converse with the fire brigade or the locals putting it out.. I mean ffs we'd even ask if they knew who did it <laugh>

But he could be working on net figures.

All we have to do is sell Hendrick for £30M, Hayden for £25M, Darlow for £45M….

You're totally over estimating the prices nufc will get the players they want for.
    They've bought well so far.

I've said it once and I'll say it again it's what you get not the amount you pay.

I knew you'd fall into that trap
No bargaining was involved in the wood sale they just took him.

Botman they'll get for less than people think and the others.

Fans seem more interested in paying high prices than what they sign.

Trippier cost £12m initially. However there was a clause that meant we had to pay an extra £13m if we weren’t relegated
