Fourth Official has just tweeted that Mark Hughes is in talks with Leicester City to be our next Manager ! I thought he didn't want it ?? Thoughts please.....

Well, at this stage last season, Norwich were 7 points off auto's I believe, and we're currently 8 off, so it is possible. It's going to be a tough thing to do but not impossible.

On Hughes, would definitely prefer him to Clark/Keegan. Discounting MON, he would have been my preferred choice out of anyone so I'd be happy with this. Done a solid job wherever he's been in the PL and has been in English football long enough to know this league as well. That said, Fourth_Official has a dubious record so I wouldn't be too sure yet. Odds have been slashed significantally though.

Lets be totally honest, nobody really knows if he would be a success, its a crap shoot..

I don't really mind who comes in as long as we start picking up more points, scoring more goals and playing way way much better, for both halves of the game! Our problem now is our goal dif, we could get the points but we are still way off on GD.

Is it just me that thinks Clark/Keegan would be better?

Some Geordie passion is what we need <laugh> <ok>

Listen, we can sit here and chew the fat all day over who will be the next Leicester Manager but whoever it is I don't care as long as he gets this team playing as they should be I.e 2nd half yesterday. who will be good enough ?? I wait and see but for God sake Top give him time
