We need a winger and we need to replace Abe with Fernandes, then 4-3-3 could work

Until then, if Dyer could show some form for a couple of months we might be OK. I'm not holding my breath though.

It sounded like he produced one piece of brilliance in the area which won a corner, but apart from that, he did f*ck all. I don't want to sound like a stuck record, but I think we just need to show a bit of patience with him. But he does have some bad habits that the new manager needs to iron out.
