Just posted it.Get the maid to do it! Eggs can be done two ways - whole fried egg or mixed up and fried then shredded. Go with former. Make sure its runny and then just allow it to run over the rice after plating up. Don't forget Kerupuk - prawn crackers to go with it. I prefer chicken shredded into it but some people just serve a leg or thigh whole with it.
