I only just tuned in…. but for the last ten minutes the BBC commentator has been ****ing himself silly over Liverpool
Thats ****ing mental. I can’t quite understand why it’s in the powers-that-be’s interests to let Liverpool win things? What are we missing? There is something hidden by tenuous links that benefits from a successful Liverpool.
What winds me up most is Liverpool and their fans couldn’t give two ****s about the FA Cup. This was a pointless friendly on a par with the ****ing community shield. So spoilt by ludicrous wealth and systemic abuse of a flawed system this “win” is more hollow than a cadburys Easter egg. Football is so ****ed.
The only good thing about Liverpool winning is it pisses off Man U fans. I take some comfort from that.
He makes me want to vomit with the smile, the hat and the passive aggressive holier-than-thou ain’t-we-pure ****ing schtick I intensely dislike the ****
I suspect that the Fenway sports group is the portal to the USA. Allow that to go well and the hope is to unlock the US market even more
If Real don’t shove his toothy grin down his throat then my summer’s ruined. till our first signing anyhow…
I still think their fans care, when they win it. But the club itself truly doesn't give a **** and Klopp doesn't seem arsed to even be there most of the time.
40k fans in the stadium would disagree with you there. Also, the irony of a Newcastle fan saying that Still have the same opinion when you spend £500m And win first trophy since however long ago?
There’s no doubt that going into season, most of the top clubs that are in Europe would take prem or CL over both of the domestic cups. Because they hold more prestige and unfortunately more importantly, more money. However once you get to the semi/final then everyone wants to win it. The club winning domestic cups may not be worth a lot money wise but adds to the prestige and overall reputation of the club, which allows bigger sponsorship etc
Where’s the irony? Have you met my mate Mike Ashley? The issue is the same. If we spend millions, then win something, it’ll be revelatory. In a few years sadly it will be accepted and expected. The point is football itself is ****ing ruined by ****s who don’t love, respect or understand the game.
