    That was a disgrace.

I think the QPR game papered over the cracks that were there.

For all the attacking talent we have, we have defenders that are not good enough.

Even at 2-1 and 1-0 I said throughout Arsenal would win as we cannot defend.

This transition is going to take longer than we all thought but expect 4th at best. So long as we don't finish below the Spuds in all I am not too bothered, even as early as October. 1st and even 2nd looks way beyond us now.

Don't know about that, we just haven't got the midfield or defence suited to his method. Modric would've helped along with Mata with this tactic he has implemented.

It's not AVBs tactics so much as it is that most of our players aren't capable of coping with them. He'll learn. He's still a youngling.

I think the best way of putting it is his tactics combined with the squad we have don't necessarily work right now. It's fine against the lower sides, but those with class, especially RvP's level, will find us out.

    Dear Drogs,
Since it looks like Modric will not be paying you a visit , it is better to dream for other delights.
What I find hard to understand is how you can be a fan of Morrissey/Smiths , when their
ethos is totally the opposite of what your club stands for. Are you David Cameron in
    disguise?

A result like that cannot be pinned on AVB alone. There were players out there today who should be ashamed of their performance, in particular Bosingwa and Mikel. Bosingwa should immediately be dropped to the bench and offloaded at the next opportunity. Only Lamps and Mata can come away from this one with any dignity. AVB needs to go down the mine on Monday and get this lot sorted before the next game!

Let's not panic; long way to go.

We played one way for eight years

Long way to go before I panic. I mean, we'd need to lose to Genk for me to reach panic levels.

Hurts me to say this but JT is not as reliable he as a few seasons back and we should secure the services of Gary Cahill as soon as viably possible as some pace is needed else we will become Arsenal's defence.

Defo. Since the Wayne Bridge saga he's been slowly declining. Cahill is the perfect replacement!
