Sheffield Wednesday never looked in it, not in either leg. I was surprised they even made the play-offs, so the better team won. The worrying part for Wednesday, they didn't even look anywhere near ready for promotion.
I don't know mate, they have the experience of yoyoing between Champ and L1, but last time they got it by default (covid). I wouldn't even say they were worthy of their default placing first time round. I think this time Sunderland may have learned the experiences of the last 3 or 4 seasons and are now ready to leave. I've certainly felt like they were a tougher cookie this season.
