Maybe, but Ralph should know if this is the case and fix it one way or another.
I know your not out with him yet, but i really really hope we change. Cant do another season of this, and funny the more of Ralphs squad he has, the longer he has to coach them, the greater the depth and the less injuries, the worse we seem to be - we are going backwards Tom, look at the performance stats.
It’s been a long time coming. The club and (most of) the fans have been more than patient.
Maybe it's because I was at Spurs in February to watch us completely tear Spurs to shreds I'm prepared to give Ralph longer. That was my most glorious away day as a Saints fan ever by a long way and it will take a long, long time for that to fade from my memory. Which is why I would like to see Ralph at least start next season in charge, curious to see what he could do with more backing.
Yeah that was a great game, but for me there are just too many like the run we are on.

Not trying to change your view btw, i see your logic, we just are at different points.
I have a horrible feeling that the new owners will be the same as the last, in that we will still sell to buy, and they'll put the bare minimum in. I've seen nothing to suggest that RH will be backed in the summer. So if that's the case, why wait? Get rid of him now. Get the new man him and let him juggle with a non existent transfer budget and at least give him time to work it all out
If were not going to invest then we need a manager that can grind out results, not make a silk purse out of a sows ear. We need to be realistic about what we can achieve with this kind of squad.

I have spent the last 6 weeks abusing my best mates about relegation (one supports Leeds the other Everton) so we will 100% now end up going down

I think we’ll be safe but it’s your last point that I agree with 100% & let’s not forget CP the week before & & & & …. The performances, line-ups, substitutions & pre / post match comments have been very confusing. We have seen these players have excellent games in them, as Ralph has shown but we need a level of consistency & we are ****ing ****e at the moment. Personally I think he’s lost it & don’t think he can turn around. I also agree the new owners aren’t going to splash the cash. Evolution rather than revolution & is RH the man? I doubt now. Crying shame because undoubtedly Ralph has the credentials to be a good manager for us.
We need a manager like …. <thinking for a bit> …. I know …. Claude Puel! He ground out results and got us into the top half of the table!

People are suggesting fans are turning on Ralph because we are involved in the relegation mix again... that is exactly where we should be.
We spend less than almost anyone in the league yet still avoid relegation, that is all we can ask for. Not sure why anyone thinks we should be doing better than just surviving, for a team that has spent next to nothing for 3+ years, 17th place is success.
