Managers are all on a hiding to nothing these days. I'd rather we just stick with him for years.... The constant changing of managers gets clubs in trouble.

 

I agree in principle mate but the manager is just one part of the machine these days.

You need everyone pulling in the same direction these days to even compete such are the standards set by klopp and to a lesser extent pep.

90 odd points season after season is just not normal... Or never used to be.

 

If you want to reach semi finals and finals and then lose, Ole Solskjaer is out of work, not need to wait for Southgate.

 

He's equally good at completely mismanaging extra time and penalty shoot out's as well.
